By enrolling in "The Centered Way," you accept these terms and conditions in full.

2. The Services

2.1. Program Description: "The Centered Way" is an educational program designed to teach skills in mental fitness, emotional management, and communication. 2.2. Delivery: The program includes pre-recorded content, live teaching sessions, and access to a community WhatsApp group. 2.3. No Guarantee of Results: While we provide the tools and training for personal growth, we cannot guarantee specific results. Your success depends on your personal commitment.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer (Crucial)

3.1. Educational Purpose Only: The content provided in "The Centered Way" is for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 3.2. Not Therapy: This course is not psychotherapy or counseling. If you are experiencing significant mental health challenges, trauma, or crisis, this course is not a suitable replacement for professional care. 3.3. User Responsibility: By participating, you confirm that you are medically and psychologically fit to engage in mental fitness exercises.

4. Live Sessions & Peer Coaching

4.1. Supervised Environment: Peer-to-peer coaching exercises are conducted only during live sessions under the general supervision of the facilitator. 4.2. Release of Liability: Other participants are not professionals. GB Leaders Ltd is not liable for any advice given or actions taken by participants during peer exercises.

5. Community Standards & WhatsApp

5.1. User Comments & Content: Parts of this course (including the WhatsApp group and course platform) allow users to post opinions and information. GB Leaders Ltd does not filter all posts before they appear. Comments reflect the views of the person posting them, not GB Leaders Ltd. 5.2. Code of Conduct: Respect: Harassment, hate speech, or bullying will result in immediate removal without refund. No Solicitation: You may not use the group to market your own services. * Confidentiality: You agree to the Chatham House Rule. Personal stories shared by others in live sessions or WhatsApp are strictly confidential. 5.3. Right to Remove: We reserve the right to monitor all comments/posts and remove any that we consider inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these Terms.

6. Booking, Payments, and Refunds

6.1. Payment: Full payment is required to secure your spot. 6.2. Cooling-Off Period: Under UK Consumer Law, you have 14 days from purchase to request a full refund, provided you have not accessed a significant portion of the digital content. 6.3. Refunds After Start: Once the course has commenced, refunds are discretionary and considered only in exceptional circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property & License

7.1. Ownership: GB Leaders Ltd and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material in The Centered Way. All rights are reserved. 7.2. Restrictions: You must not: Republish material from The Centered Way. Sell, rent, or sub-license material from The Centered Way. * Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from The Centered Way.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. 8.2. Subject to 8.1, GB Leaders Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising out of your participation. 8.3. Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
